Frontline offers all types of repairs limited to the Rule 1 by the Association of American Railroads (AAR), the governing body of the rail industry.  Repair capabilities range from car re-marking, wheel and axle replacements, truck work repairs, bottom outlet gate repairs, hatch cover repairs,  car body repairs, AAR certified custom welding and fabrication, airbrake tests and repairs, wet and dry car cleaning, and touch up painting. 

Frontline  also provides quality assurance auditing for new car builds at National Steel Car.  Frontline has been the QA point team for over 3000 cars, we have also consulted at a variety of levels, and have conducted accident investigations to determine root causes of slow speed derailments

For project both large and small Frontline can provide you with a tailored plan /to meet your needs .  Our repair facility is large enough to store all materials needed to complete the job, this reduces your project costs by reducing downtime and returning you railcar back to service.  

Frontline provides year round railcar cleaning services.  During the summer months we provide both wet and dry cleaning, during our winter months  we are still able to perform dry railcar cleaning.
