Once a car has been placed at our shop for repairs, our inspector(s) will inspect the car for any broken/loose/worn or out of date parts. Then from there an estimate will be generated and sent to the customer for approval. Once the customer has approved the repairs, the work can begin to fix any damage to the car. Once the repairs have been completed our quality assurance manager will look over the repairs made to make sure they meet Frontline's repair criteria. Then the car can be shipped back to the customer.
